When you download software from a Web that uses the Secure Download Manager , you will be prompted to download and install the SDM to your computer. You need only install the Secure Download Manager on your computer once. Periodically there will be updates to the Secure Download Manager . You will be prompted to download the updated version. How do I download and install the Secure Download Manager
If you have already downloaded and installed the Secure Download Manager, you do not need to download and install it again unless you have removed it from your system. Go to step 3.
To download and install the Secure Download Manager:
In step 1, click the Download Secure Download Manager button. The Secure Download Manager starts downloading...Follow the steps of your browser to download the Secure Download Manager on your computer. Depending on your browser, the steps will be slightly different....Locate the downloaded file and launch it.
When the Secure Download Manager.. is successfully downloaded and installed, return to the 'Get Your Software in 4 Easy Steps' window and proceed to step 3.

im gettin download speed issue with SDM,i upgraded my broadband connection to 4mb for just this purpose that i can download win 7 from dream spark site but still cant get any speed from SDM and in the mean time every thing else is downloading at full speed
try to download your stuf from you university.
