four seasons: spring, autumn, summer and winter. But don’t forget that there is
another and a very important season in man’s life that is exam season. It is
also called by some other names as well by dear students. And this examination
season has started and students are preparing for their exams.

changing weather conditions students are getting ill and are not be able to
concentrate on their studies as much as they want to. There are concerns of
parents and students regarding exams and changing climate which are affecting
children in way of cold, fever and body ache and they feel unhapy about this
situation. And it increases thier tention while they are already quite stresses
and worried about their performance. And in this situation this changing
weather conditions combined with tention and stress effects their performance if
it affects thier health.
It is confirmed medically and by
researchers also that weather effects on our health, mood and temperament. We must
keep our mind and body healthy to do anything and same is the case with
studies. If you are not feeling well and suffering from some kind of illness ultimately
your focus on studies will be affected also. For going good in studies you need
a healthy mind and body so that you can feel active and sharp and are able to
achieve your best grades in exams.
Examinations are conducted to
check student’s ability and the work they have done in a term or grade. Examinations
hold much importance in a student’s carrier if they work hard and pass with
shining grades they will be encouraged to get admissions in respectable
educational institutions and then good jobs.
For best exams preparation students
are strongly advised to take care of their health. Don’t be panic, take healthy
food and beat the weather affects. Protect yourself from cold wind and in case
of any bad or hectic feelings must consult a doctor to get well soon to study
for your exams in well state of mind and body. A warm heart and clear head
