Using CMD, How to Hide data(text) written in text Files

Hi, This is SAm. Today i am going to teach you that how to hide your data written in text form from others. In this tutorial you'll learn that how to make hidden text document and if you allow to show hidden files then it will not be visible so it's cool.

Step 1: Open CMD. When you will open it, it will look like this.


                     


Step 2: In CMD type the test written "notepad D:\sam the culprit :hidden". Replace "D:\sam the culprit" with the path of the text file to be create for example "D:\princess"



                     

Step 3: Then system will ask you to create a new txt file, you will click "Yes". A new text file will be opened.


                      


Step 4: Then type any secret data or content in the opened text file then save it no one can read it by simply opening it if you want to read the data then type "D:\sam the culprit :hidden :hiddenn" in CMD and press enter.
