Sher Afghan Malik: NASA released an approximate picture of the moon's surface, Earth in the background. It was made by the system MoonKAM, with the help of NASA probes Grail Grail-A and-B.

The system MooKAM is headed by Sally Ride, the first American woman in space, and his team of Sally Ride Science in collaboration with graduate students at the University of California at San Diego. In addition, the MoonKam is a project that has the support and knowledge of fourth-grade students of Emily Dickinson Elementary School in Bozeman, Montana.

The images were captured by Ebb ship between 15 and 17 March and arrived on Earth on March 20. The fourth graders selected the best picture. With it, they won the national competition and had the right to rename the two spacecraft.

The MoonKam GRAIL mission is part of the first NASA with the goal of bringing instruments entirely dedicated to education and public awareness. In late 2011, the equipment went into lunar orbit. He must stay there to map the gravity of the satellite and determine its structure.
