Pain Management

The English word 'pain' probably comes from combination of three words
1- Old French (peine)
2- Latin (poena - meaning punishment or pain)
3- Ancient Greek (poine - a word more related to penalty)

It motivates us to withdraw from potentially dameging situations, protect a dameged body part while it heals, ,,and avoid those situtions in the future. Pain is an uncmfortable feeling that tells you something may be wrong in your body. Pain is your body's way of sending a warning to your brain. Your spinal cord and nerves provide the pathway for messages to travel to and from your brain and the other parts of your body.

In Medical Science pain relates to a sensation that hurts. If you feel pain it hurts, you feel discomfort, distress and perhaps agony, depending on the severity of it. Pain can be steady and constant, in which case it may be an ache. It might be a throbbing pain - a pulsating pain. The pain could have a pinching sensation, or a stabbing one.
Operation or Pain Killers are not the solution for curing the affected area for which you have pain in your body, because they cannot re-develop your damage parts, nor can they show you results over an X-Ray or MRI-Report, that your anatomy has come back to normal. This means the main cause, for which you are getting the pain will still exist and come back within a span of 3 to 4 years.

Who is spying you on internet

who is spying

Mozilla's Firefox is the world's second most popular web browser. Mozilla, the maker of Firefox, has unveiled a new add-on for the popular web browser that gives users an instant view of which companies are -watching- them as they browse, the Daily Mail reported on Friday.

The move comes the same week that Google pushed ahead with its controversial new privacy policy, built to provide even more data for Google's twenty eight billion advertising business -- despite concerns that the harvesting of private data might be illegal in many countries.
The add-on will allow users to -pull back the curtain- on web advertising firms and other third parties that track people's online movements, says Mozilla CEO Gary Kovacs.

Google's business is built on advertising - the company earned $28 billion from its Ad-Words service in 2010.

Google's new privacy policy allows it to --streamline-- data from Android phones, YouTube, Gmail and web browsing to target its adverts even more precisely towards individual web users.

Mozilla's Firefox is the world's second most popular web browser, a position under threat from Google's own Chrome browser. The Collusion add-on is an official Mozilla product, and was unveiled at the Technology, Entertainment and Design conference this week by Mozilla CEO Gary Kovacs.

One million dollars to expose Chrome bugs

one million dollars offer

A offer for hackers, one million dollars to expose Chrome bugs

Google would pay up to one million dollars in prizes to hackers who can expose bugs and vulnerabilities in their browser (Chrome). Calling it a --big learning opportunity--- Google staffers Chris Evans and Justin Schuh unveiled three ways in which hackers can win the cash by finding flaws in their technology.

A top prize of 60,000 dollars will go to each hacker who can find a =---Full Chrome exploit---, a flaw that exists exclusively in Chrome.  The next prize of 40,000 $ will be paid to those who can find a ---Partial Chrome exploit--- a bug or flaw in Chrome that may also exist in other programs.

Lastly, Google will give 20,000 dollars ---Consolation rewards--- to hackers who expose bugs of ---exploits--- that are not specific to Chrome, but affect users of all Internet browsers, The New York Daily News reports.  "We will issue multiple rewards per category, up to the 1 million dollar limit, on a first-come-first served basis,"  the Google Chrome Security Team said in a blog post.

Each winner will also score a Chromebook, the report said. Earlier Facebook also offered incentives to programmers who can help expose bugs.

The social networking giant began giving out "White Hat Bug Bounty Program" Visa cards last year, doling out thousands of dollars to hackers who found flaws and paying them on an exclusive debit card, which can be used just like a credit or ATM card.

Facebook is Reading your Text Messages

Facebook can read your text messages and having the ability to write text messages on your Android smartphone with Facebook app installed on it.

This was first reported by "The Sunday Times". It says Facebook has admitted to paper that it accessed users’ text messages for a test feature that company is planning to introduce in future.

List of permissions you approve Facebook App for Android phones

facebook text messages

But facebookis not agreed to it. Facebook denied the report and said:

1) There is no reading of user text messages.

2) On the Android App store, the Facebook app permissions include SMS read/write.

3) The reason it is on there is because we have done some testing (not with the general public) of products that require the SMS part of the phone to talk to the Facebook App. That’s what the read&write refers to – the line of communication needed to integrate the two things.

4) Anyway – we have yet to make any such features available to the public. (so the Sunday Times is completely wrong when it says Facebook is reading people’s SMS. Wrong on the terminology, and wrong on the suggestion that it has been implemented).

5) But Facebook is right to insert this into the Android app permissions – because yes, the app technically has the capability to integrate with the phone’s SMS system – even if that is just for our own testing.

A very bad stretegy from facebook. It didn’t clarify that why its Android App asks for text message readand write permission. When the feature (that they are talking about) isn’t available to general public at all.
Privacy is the next biggest issue for the world on on smartphones. These devices store most private and confidential data, which is accurate at the same time, can get exposed to exploiters with just a single click without any option of undoing it.
